Training with a personal trainer allows you to eliminate specific faults and target areas which need the most improvement which would normally be missed when training in a group session or self training session. Having a personal trainer also offers the benefits of offering extra motivationand drive which can so often be an obstacle when training alone or in large impersonal groups.
If you are just starting to work out, you may find that going to a gym causes you to become insecure about your abilities and may demotivate you.
